Me:  Do you dogs remember when Muttin ate Jeffrey's spider?

Jeffrey:  Yes, I do.  Why are you bringing that up? 

Me:  Cause I'm looking back at some old entries to get ideas to write about.  And cause it was so cute.  I'm trying to think of things to engage you guys in conversation so I can write it for the novel.  I need the word count.

Jeffrey:  So you're bringing up a painful event in my life for your novel? 

Me:  Well.... yes.  I'm sorry.  I didn't know it was still so painful for you.  We can stop right now if you wish. 

Muttin:  It was pretty darn hysterical.....

Jeffrey:  I WISH.

    Once I loved someone, so I made home-made hearts to send him via email each day. He secretly liked them, while pretending not to realize that it meant I loved him. Then I quit being "in love", and quit sending the hearts, altho I kept taking pictures - now in memory of Jacob.
