Ten on Tuesday: 10 Things You'd Do If You Had More Time
1. Save more money.
2. Learn how to hang-glide.
3. Have more children.
4. Train the dogs to be Service Dogs, so they could ride the MUNI (bus) with me.
Ha hahahahahahahaha # 4 is funny!
5. DAMN! I'm gonna train them to be service dogs! They can be trained to pick up things, because of my hands!! AND/OR? I can take them to nursing homes to visit the elderly, and they can wear a service vest.
6. I wish I had more time to train my service dogs.
7. This suddenly became confusing to me cause ummm... I do have all the time in the world.
Never mind.
Of course I enlisted the help of Sir Internet and looked up service dog vests, where I learned "Please be aware that there are severe legal implications in mis-representing an animal as a Service Animal simply to gain public access under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990".
Oh my. Never mind!!!
Thank goodness for Google's ability to suck out my brains with it's 375,984 hits for "Service Dog Vests". Cause you can't read just one - not even if it's threatening to throw your ass in jail if your dog/s aren't really service dogs. Cause then I read this "If you are disabled as defined by the ADA, that is, if you have a condition that limits a life function, and your dog does one thing for you, like picking up dropped items, or helping you walk by supporting you, or responding to a medical condition in a manner that you trained, then your dog IS a service dog. Certification is not required."
Yippy!
Okay, those who know me think of some ways the dogs can help me and I'll get right on it.
.
Teach them to find your cell phone when it rings and to bring it to you. Simple.
