Blah blah blah

I am a contrary being.  It's so frustrating. 

I decided to take a break from blogging.  As soon as I did, I felt like blogging again.  Since I said I was taking a break, I made do with the ring tone posts, to fill in.  Then I decided I'd start blogging again after the new year started.  As soon as I decided that, I didn't feel like writing again. 

Hence, the "Blogging without Obligation" logo on the left.  Click on it and read what it's about if you're curious.  No biggie.

Course ... I'll find some way to be contrary regarding not being obligated too, I'm sure.

I've put collars on the cats.  With bells.  They're not happy.  Hiney looks quite dapper in his black and white checkered collar, but you can't see Barf's at all, partly cause it blends in with his coloring, but also because he's got the thick mane of a lion.  He's quite offended, as he's told me MANY times - lions don't wear collars.  And as I've told him just as many times - lions that belong to me DO wear collars because it's cute.  We go round and round on this, but as I'm the one with the opposable thumbs that can manuver putting the collar on - I win.  So far. 

I built myself a walk-in closet.

Oh yes I did. 

Oprah told me that clutter can hinder sleep.  As I got rid of my dresser drawers, now my clothes sit on shelves.  I decided that was too cluttery, so I used the bookshelves as a wall, with the back towards my bed, and the open shelves towards the closet.  Wa la.  So clever.  And less clutter! 

I also changed my living room around too.  So for the last 5 days, my house has been in a turmoil.  I really like the way it is now. 

Oh!  I've applied for housing in Spokane too.  With my luck, Idaho Falls, San Francisco, and Spokane will all call me at once. 

UPDATE:  The day after I wrote this, Idaho Falls housing called two old ladies who live here, who wanted to move to IF.  They were behind me on the list, so why I didn't get called before them was a mystery.  Until I called, and discovered they have an upstairs unit available, and I have to have to ground level.  Poo.

For your sake, I hope you have to make that kind of a choice - SOON! It would be grand for your heart's desire to have to choose between SF, Spokane and IF. Gee, I wonder which you would choose? LOL
